Since her appointment in July 2020, Kerry has led bp’s people strategy, building an integrated team across communications, D&I, health & wellbeing, reward, social performance, talent, transformation and workplace.
Kerry’s teams are focused on unlocking potential, driving high performance and nurturing the next generation of talent to deliver energy for today and tomorrow.
Kerry began her career with an apprenticeship and held executive roles in the industrial, telecom and insurance sectors across Europe and Asia before joining bp in 2010.
