Mobility & convenience

bp has around 21,000 branded retail sites and over 41,000 EV charging points worldwide – providing energy to keep people moving, through a mix of company owned, dealer and partner-operated models tailored to local markets.

Across our network, we offer high-quality fuels at the pump, convenient products and services in our stores and, in some markets, ultra-fast EV charging – helping customers refuel, recharge and take a break, however they travel.

Our convenience offers are shaped by the markets we operate in. In addition to our own quality food and drink brands, we work with leading retail partners like M&S in the UK and REWE To Go in Germany to provide hot drinks, snacks, food to go and everyday essentials that reflect local customer needs.

Loyalty programmes help us build stronger relationships with customers through personalised rewards, partnerships and digital experiences that encourage repeat visits and deliver added value.

We’ve been in the retail business since the 1920s and today operate iconic brands and retail networks in Europe, North America, South Africa and Asia Pacific.

Aviation fuel

Air bp is bp’s aviation fuel business. We are of the world’s largest aviation fuelling businesses with a presence in over 600 locations, fuelling around 6,300 flights every day.

Air bp has been an industry innovator since its founding in 1926. More recently, we have pioneered safer refuelling techniques and the use of sustainable aviation fuel in commercial flights.

Biofuels

Biofuels play an important role, helping to reduce emissions and support sectors that are harder to electrify, such as heavy-duty transport and aviation.

bp produces biofuels alongside conventional fuels at several of our refineries and operates one of the world’s largest sugarcane‑to‑ethanol businesses through bp bioenergy in Brazil.

We are investing selectively in biofuels where demand is strongest, focusing on projects that can deliver reliable supply and competitive returns.

Castrol

Castrol is bp’s global lubricants business, providing high‑performance oils, fluids and services for automotive, marine, industrial and emerging mobility applications. With a strong heritage of innovation, Castrol helps customers improve efficiency, reliability and sustainability across a wide range of industries.
