More than 25 bp employees volunteered their time during Pierogi Fest on July 26-28, handing out bp giveaways and answering questions about Whiting Refinery. This year, Pierogi Fest organizers deemed the City of Whiting a “refined city.” Pierogi Fest draws about 300,000 people annually and is just one of the many ways bp shows support for the community.
